2019

The Spark

Founder Marcus Rivera begins experimenting with wing sauces at home, hosting weekend cookouts for neighbors on North Ave. The demand grows — friends say he needs to go pro.

2020

Wing Snob is Born

Wing Snob officially opens its doors at 200 W North Ave, West Chicago, IL 60185. The first week sells out completely, and the waiting list grows daily. The wing snob movement begins.

2021

Sauce Lab Launched

Priya Sharma joins as Head of Sauce Development. The signature sauce line expands from 5 to 20+ flavors, including the now-legendary Inferno Honey and Blueberry Habanero sauces.

2022

Best Wings in West Chicago

Wing Snob is named "Best Wings in West Chicago" by Chicago Suburban Food Magazine. Online orders triple and Wing Snob expands to delivery across DuPage County.

2023

Team Growth & Community

Wing Snob grows to 15 full-time staff, launches its community sponsorship program, and partners with West Chicago high school sports teams. 10,000 happy customers milestone reached.

2024

Online Ordering & Catering

Wing Snob launches its online ordering platform and catering services. Corporate clients, birthday parties, and sports events across Illinois can now order wings in bulk online.

2025 — Now
